It does sound cliché but the truth is to get started you will need to believe in yourself. Working towards your dream will automatically kick-start with the right amount of hard work. It’s like clockwork – you need a dream to start ticking.

Here’s a thought! For example, you want to lose weight, start by adding exercise and no carbs meals in your daily routine. Do it for a period of 15 to 20 days. You will notice that ,automatically, your mind has been trained to think that you will need to do and there is nothing to replace it. Voila! It becomes a habit.
Make good habits a routine and, eventually, you will end up achieving your goals.
